Duke of Tokyo, the coolest karaoke spot of the city, touches down on the 21st floor of QO Amsterdam! They already performed at festivals like Into The Woods and Wildeburg; now, the Dukes are hosting a ROEF take-over. With their mobile karaoke set and Japanese vibes, they throw a high-class party. Grab the mic and lose yourself. Gaze over Amsterdam’s skyline… or are you at the set of Lost in Translation? Let’s go, Tokyo!
DJ-by-bike Marcel Barlag will play tunes in the bar next door!

On the 21st floor of QO Amsterdam you’ll find the bar Juniper & Kin. Looking down, you’ll see the Amstel and the (transformed) Amstelkwartier. Look further, and you have a 360º view of Amsterdam, the green hinterland towards Ouderkerk, and when it’s clear weather you can even see the boats sailing on the IJsselmeer!
Although this ROEF location is inside, the roof is still very impressive. Don’t believe us? Taste it yourself at Juniper & Kin. Herbs, fruit, and vegetables come straight from the high-tech greenhouse on the 22nd floor. Sneak out from the party to join a tour and check out the greenhouse from up close. Pretty spectacular!
The rest of the building is equally furnished with sustainable technology. The ‘intelligent façade’ exists out of moving, gold-reflecting panels that react to the outside climate. They provide extra isolation on cooler days and leave sunlight through for warmth.
